PROFILE OF GRID CONSULTANTS

We
take this opportunity to introduce Grid Consultants
Pvt. Ltd to you. Grid Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated
on 21st May 1993. Grid seminars of the famous Drs.
Blake & Mouton were brought to India by Dr. P. N.
Singh in 1986. Dr. P.N. Singh is the 1st Approved
Grid Instructor for conducting Grid seminars in India.
He has also conducted Grid Seminars abroad.
Grid Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is the Indian Associate
of Grid International Inc., USA earlier known as Scientific
Methods Inc. and has exclusive rights to conduct these
seminars and certify Instructors. These seminars are
conducted in 35 countries around the world. Dr. Singh
has taken over as the Chairman of this company w.e.f.
1.4.1998.
We have been regularly conducting Grid Seminars for
various organizations. We also conduct programs in
all areas of HRD.
The primary difference between Grid seminar and others
is that 85% of the participant's time is spent in
team learning situations rather than in dry, formal
lecture format. This is based on Synergogy Methodology
developed by Drs. Robert Blake & Jane Mouton. The
preparatory work done for the seminar gives the participant
a unique view of human behavior that will open a world
of ideas about how people interact. The seminar itself
helps participants answer those questions in a setting
of real time interaction as they observe the impact
of both effective and ineffective human interaction.
But, more importantly the seminar will help participants
to identify the difference between effective and ineffective
behavior and guide them in ways that will help them
to change aspects of their behavioral style that may
need improvement.
The seminar is built around team activities and a
critique process that results in self-convincing learning.
The activities help them to see the impact of their
behavioral style on others and consider its possible
implications. Only then can they commit themselves
to changing it. Participants are able to see their
own styles through the eyes of their colleagues and
to study their impact. The seminar gives them the
motivation, the commitment and the methodology to
change.
