Mrs. Anita Shantaram is Director of Grid Consultants Pvt. Ltd., She is the first women to be certified as Grid Instructor in India after successfully completing the course in USA. She holds a post graduate degree in Industrial Psychology from Bombay University. She has attended the Dale Carnegie course “High Impact Presentations” and Steven Covey’s Time Management programme “What Matters Most” at Franklin Covey Institute, USA and has undergone “Train the Trainer” programme in Transactional Analysis. A faculty member at Sydenham College, Mumbai for (BMS) on Communication skills and Organizational Behavior, she has earlier taught Psychology at Jai Hind College, Mumbai. She has recently started teaching at ICFAI Business School. She has been a guest faculty to various Management Institute and has conducted more than 400 workshops on various topics such as:

She has conducted workshops for various organizations such as Infosys, IDBI Capital, Ambit, Orchid Hotel, Reliance Industries, Bajaj Auto, Castrol, GHCL, CMC, JK Tyres, L & T, Godfrey Phillips, Crompton Greaves, RBI, Hinduja Hospital, and Bombay Hospital to name a few. She has conducted Train The Trainer-for Customer Service for RKHS at various locations in India. She is a panel trainer for BMA and FICCI. Her articles have been published in BMA Review and the Times of India and the Self Development Magazine. Her first book 'Speak Well Do Well' on public speaking skills has been well received. It is now in its 2nd edition. She has also written in the book ‘Self Development for Sure Success’. She is currently pursuing her Phd from BITS Pilani. She is a member of Bombay Management Association and a charter member of Rotary Club of Bombay Bayview. She is a trustee of “Dr. P. N. Singh Foundation” which is conducting the “Leaders of Tomorrow Project” in 32 schools in Mumbai.
