With 17 years of experience in HR Consulting largely in the arena of Training and Development of managers within private corporations in India. A rank holder through academics also holds accreditation for Grid Leadership Programmes and  MBTI.

As a Director at  Grid Consultants Pvt. Ltd developed business over 10 years in India along with  managing client interfaces and conducting programmes/seminars/workshops  across India in various locations viz. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, NOIDA, Gurgaon, Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior,  Baroda to name a few . Over the last decade focus has been on successfully completing Strategic OD Training Interventions in top companies of India  like Bajaj Auto, Pepsi, JK Tyres as also creatively completing consulting interventions on various HR issues: Role Analysis, HR Audits, Performance Management Systems. Possesses sound knowledge , skills  with the requisite attitude & experience in  the three key phases of Training including  the Pre-training diagnosis phase i.e. Training Needs analysis, Delivery and Conducting  training workshops and the  Post training evaluation phase with projections for other related developmental initiatives. These competencies are backed with an ability to manage difficult clients, converting a business deal into a solution offering, delivering HR solutions in the form of HR service.

Currently located in Singapore, willing to hold a profile and responsibility in the area of HR consulting ; particularly in  Training and Development . Conducted experiential workshops  in various subjects ranging from  Communication, Personality, Personal Effectiveness, Team working and Leadership for some of the Fortune 500 companies. Keen on extending the HR service  to areas of Counseling ,  Mentoring, Coaching , Leadership Development and Training the Trainers.

Started my career at Crompton Greaves Ltd, Kanjur Marg Plant  , Transformer Division  in 1990 and continued till 1995 in their Personnel Department handling and executing various HR and IR policies .
