Thesis ’Gender and Leadership orientation’ – A mixed method study of two large multi national organizations – one of Indian origin and the other a US MNC. Gender interpreted as masculinity and femininity in both men and women .
Research interests include ’Leadership’, ’Gender’ and ’Qualitative research methodologies’ .
